The Oktober Guard are the greatest cartoon or comic characters of all time. Do not message me to argue about this. If you disagree, you are wrong. So when the G.I. Joe fan club invited me to write a one-shot comic to accompany their convention exclusive, I jumped at the chance. This remains my single favorite project of all time.
