B2B sales generally, and especially equipment sales in manufacturing, are driven by proof. Customers want to see clear evidence that the provider has successfully supported their exact use case in the past. No other single piece of marketing is as effective and important as a case study or a video showing an application the customer recognizes in action. In an effort to create a steady stream of such proof points on Rapid Robotics’ social channels, I created the Robot of the Week video series, using video shot by the Rapid deployment team on site in customer facilities. These videos feature a motion graphics style developed in collaboration with Superside, and copy written by me.
