Manufacturers need proof that any technology - even one as old and well-tested as robotic arms - will work for their specific use case. As a result, case studies are a critical sales tool in the space. I tried to build a personal relationship with every Rapid customer I could meet, in the hope of turning them into evangelists for our solution, as well as getting them to agree to a case study. This one was written by Chris Antonowich, based on an interview I conducted with Robert Kennedy at Topcon, a creative brief I wrote, and data I gathered. The design was done by Superside under my direction.
