Purchasing decisions in the manufacturing sector rely on proof more than almost any other factor. Few manufacturers are willing to buy untested technology, and even for proven technology they want evidence that it has worked - and delivered ROI - in a use case similar to theirs. As Director of Brand Narrative for Rapid Robotics, I pursued every opportunity to build relationships with our customers in the hope of executing a case study like this one with Behrens Manufacturing in Winona, MN. I wrote the creative brief, developed the shot list and interview questions, and handled publication and promotion of this video, as well as coordinating with the folks at Behrens.
